Paige Hagy is a Chinese-American, Brooklyn-based writer and journalist.

 

Paige is a reporter at Accounting Today covering practice management, talent and workforce trends. Her expertise lies in business and tech reporting, and she is most passionate about people-driven storytelling — using narrative feature writing to reveal complex personalities and ideas that challenge readers' preconceptions.

Her previous work includes reporting experiences at Fortune Magazine covering daily news with analysis, and at Business Insider covering financial technology with a focus on consumer fintech and payments. Prior, she interned at American Banker through the Dow Jones News Fund. She has experience as a copywriter and copy editor, as well as a fact-checker and research assistant working with journalists on articles published in The New York Times and NPR.

Paige is a graduate of The King's College, a classical liberal arts school in New York City, with a B.A. in journalism, a concentration in politics and a minor in business. She was editor-in-chief of the Empire State Tribune, the student-run publication at King's. Her work has been recognized by the Associated College Press and the New York Press Association.​
